The following are the additional rules, terms, and conditions of the raffles conducted by Dog Gone Holistic.
Each Dog Gone Holistic store has one prize package to award.
Please see store display for items included in the raffle price package.
Prize package may contain products or sizes of products not currently sold by Dog Gone Holistic.
Tickets will be distributed at each store for that store's prize package.
To obtain a ticket, a purchase of the products being promoted is suggested. Limit one ticket per family/account per day.
The raffle ticket distribution period ends at close of business on the day prior to the drawing.
Raffle is valid for online orders submitted during the time period mentioned above. The date/time for an online order is marked on the order receipt sent via email and is determined by our online shopping experience provider and not Dog Gone Holistic.
Please see store for the date of the drawing for the raffle prizes.
Each Dog Gone Holistic store will draw a single winning ticket from that store's tickets distributed.
The winning ticket numbers will be posted on our DogGoneHolistic.com as well as on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
The original paper raffle ticket must be presented at the store in order to claim the prize. Pictures, copies, or any reproduction of the raffle ticket will not be accepted.
The winner will have 14 days to visit the store and claim their prize at the store where the prize resides.
If the winner does not claim their prize in the time alotted, the winner forfeits the prize. Dog Gone Holistic will anounce that the second chance winner may now claim the prize. The second chance winner will then have 14 days to claim the prize. If at that time the prize(s) are not claimed, they will be donated to a local pet rescue group.
Dog Gone Holistic shall not be liable for events which may delay or prevent the awarding of the prize(s).
When claiming a prize, the winner may not substitute may not substitute other items in the store for items in the prize package. If the winner does not want an item in the prize package, the item will be donated to a local rescue group.
Statements by employees of Dog Gone Holistic shall not alter these Raffle Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict, this written description overrides the employee statements.
Only one prize package awarded per person / family / account.
No purchase is necessary to enter and win a prize. To obtain a raffle ticket, please visit one of our stores and ask a cashier for a raffle ticket. Requestor must provide name, address and phone number to obtain a ticket. Limit one ticket per person / account / family per day.
